Shipping Policy

Domestic

* We ship via FedEx for orders placed in the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. (These items ship USPS)
* Typical shipping time is SAME DAY on orders placed before noon pacific time on all in stock items shipping inside the USA.
* Custom orders excluded from same day shipping such as but not limited to Granite Fire Pits, Extra Large Burners, Etc.
* Orders will ship FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery unless specified otherwise at time of order. Home Delivery currently delivers Monday-Saturday at standard rate pricing. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY on Home Delivery Ground packages being delivered to a residence.
* Orders shipped to a business are delivered Monday-Friday.
* Once you place an order on Diamond Fire Pit Glass website you will be automatically emailed a tracking number for your order as soon as your item has shipped.

International Orders

* We currently ship to all areas of the United States of America and Canada and reserve the right to seek additional shipping when necessary due to any Taxes, Duties and/ or handling fees that may become due. In the event your order requires additional shipping charges on your fire pit glass product we will contact you prior to shipping for authorization of additional shipping charges and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order or cancel for a full refund.
* Once packages are shipped from our location and are no longer in our possession we can not change the shipping method or be held liable for loss of package. No Exceptions.
* Diamond Fire Pit Glass Company will not be liable for any delays and/or additional requirements imposed by customs.
* It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the suitability of Diamond Fire Pit Glass products in your area including any code or compliance laws.
* We do not ship our burners or fire rings International.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order from the Diamond Fire Pit Glass company for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for returned items are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date and will be credited back the full product cost.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on any future purchase. No Exceptions. The original shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Return items must be new and unused in the original packaging - Items that appear to have been used in any way will be refused and the customer shall be responsible for any cost of shipping the item back.

Fire Pit Glass that has been mixed by the customer is not eligible for return. Special Order Items are non returnable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
